Definitions
9. Bet: is the amount of money that the player wish to play. Kenya Sports Bet accepts 5 Euro as a minimum bet
10. Outcome: In the case of an individual bet, the overall return for a win is equal to the amount bet multiplied by the odds. In the case of a multiple bet, it is equal to the amount bet multiplied by the product of the various odds.
11. It is possible to make single and/or multiple bets. Sometimes it is also possible to combine eventualities concerning different sports in a single bet.
12. Min/Max indicates the minimum or maximun number of selections which can be inserted in a bet.
13. Combinable indicates if a sport event is combinable with an event of a different sport. For example a Basket selection might not be combinable with a Formula One selection.
14. It is not possible to include several forecasts relating to the same event in a multiple bet. Should this inadvertently occur, all selections relating to that event shall be considered valid, but with odds of 1 if the remaining selections comply with the required minimum. If the required minimum is not met, the bet shall be deemed to have lost if losing selections come up; it will be considered void if it includes winning selections.
15. Over - Under: The Over-Under score is given by the total number of points scored by the teams. If the total number of points scored by the teams is higher than the given number, then the OVER forecast wins. If the total number of points scored by the teams is less than the given number, the UNDER forecast wins.
16. Double result allows the player to bet on two results out of three on Soccer (1X o X2).
17. Handicap: Positive or negative will be algebrycally added to the related team.
18. Antepost Is a bet placed in advance on the final exit of a tournament or in a championship.
Accounts
19. Clients must open a deposit account. When opening an account with a debit or a credit card clients must make sure they use their own card. Clients may bet up to the amount deposited on their account. Any winning bet taken by mistake for sums exceeding the amount deposited will be paid in proportion.
20. To have access to our betting services, a minimum deposit of 50 Euro is requested. Kenya Sports Bet will then assign to any clients an ID and a password.
21. The client is responsible for the secrecy of his own account number and passwords. Bets placed by third parties, aware of these details will be considered valid.
22. Clients can request withdrawals from their account at any time providing all payments made by the client have been received by the Company.
23. The company reserves the right to close a customer's account at any time, without stating the reasons. In this case, the client shall be sent the sum on deposit in his account, following the deduction of any bank charges. Should the client have placed bets, the outcome of which is as yet unknown, and which subsequently win, the corresponding sums shall be sent later when the bet is completed.
24. If any sum is erroneously credited to the client's account, it shall be up to the client to point out this error to the company. Otherwise all subsequent bets directly or indirectly arising from this mistake shall be cancelled.
Bets
25. A bet is deemed to be valid following confirmation of acceptance. This acceptance is demonstrated by the bet's identification code.
26. When a bet is placed and accepted, the corresponding amount is charged against the client's deposit account.
27. In the event of dispute, the company does not consider valid any printed matter or receipts which do not have their counterpart in the records at the company's disposal.
28. Any client who places a bet by telephone must request the identification code and make a note of it. All conversations concerning bets placed by telephone are recorded.
29. The client is obliged to check that the instructions sent via information services are correct before definitively confirming the bet.
30. The company reserves the right to accept, not accept or partially accept proposed bets which clients send to it.
31. Bets placed cannot be cancelled or altered.
32. Bets placed inadvertently following the start of the respective events shall be considered void. In the case of multiple bets, the individual element shall be considered void provided that the number of selections forecast is achieved.
33. Dates and times published by the company are purely of indicative value. For the purposes of applying the present rules, the official times issued by the competent federations shall be applicable.
34. If the time or date of an event is brought forward, bets placed before their actual start shall be deemed valid.
35. All odds are subject to fluctuation. The odds applicable for the purposes of calculating wins are those offered by the Company at the time the bet was acknowledged. This time is shown on the List of Bets available from the MENU. In the event of any dispute the time recorded on the Company's system archive data record will be conclusive.
36. The company tries not to make mistakes in publishing and defining odds, but should this inadvertently occur, it reserves the right to change incorrect odds even after the event. The term 'incorrect odds' here does not mean the odds as a forecast, but an error of transcription or reversal of the odds. The company shall provide information through the 'news' or 'message' functions on the site. The client may request the cancellation of the respective selection only before the event commences. In the case of multiple bets the request must be made before the first event starts.
37. If a participant in any sports discipline ties with other participants, the respective forecast is deemed a winning forecast. In this case, the odds applied shall be equal to the odds accepted divided by the number of participants drawing (e.g.: accepted odds: 1.80, number of people drawing = 2, odds applied = 1.80 2 = 0.90).
38. Results are always as recognised on the field or on the podium. Any results on paper deriving from disciplinary action, sports or ordinary legal actions, shall not be taken into account. In case of news of 'sporting offences' or 'fixing' the company reserves the right to freeze wins and not to pay them in the event that the information proves correct.
Soccer
39. If a football match is suspended after it has started, and is not resumed the same day, the result is deemed void (Void - odds = 1). If the rules of the competent federation allow the match to be resumed on another date, the valid result, for the purposes of the outcome of the bet, shall be the full time result. If a match is postponed for any reason, with respect to the official date of the competent Federation, and not played by the following day, the result for betting purposes is deemed void (void = odds = 1). In cases which are not and cannot be foreseen, the company reserves the right to establish the decision to be taken, from time to time, making this known by means of its own communication media.
40. When the company's program indicates neutral ground (n) and the event is played on non-neutral ground, it will be up to the company whether or not to change the odds published.
41. Antepost bets. The team awarded the championship shall be the winner, regardless of how it wins it (e.g. play-offs, extra time, golden goal, flick of a coin, etc.). If the team bet on does not qualify, is withdrawn or disqualified, all bets shall lose.
Tennis
42. If a bet forecasts a tennis player to win the championship and he or she subsequently does not play, the bet loses.
43. If a tennis match is not played because one of the two players withdraws, the event is considered void.
44. If a tennis player abandons the match after it starts, and if at least a full game has been played, the opponent is considered the winner. All bets relating to sets (final score) are void.
45. If a match is suspended or postponed and is not resumed and completed within 48 hours, it is deemed void.
Motor Sports
46. If a Grand Prix is suspended or postponed and is not resumed and completed within 48 hours, it is deemed void.
47. If one of the drivers withdraws before the start of official trials, bets on first and second place are deemed void. If the driver withdraws after the official trials have started, bets on the driver are deemed lost.
Basketball
48. The result of a basketball game is established at the end of the game. Unless otherwise stated, extra time is included. Half Time results are always established at the end of the second quarter.
49. If a game is suspended or postponed and is not resumed and completed within 48 hours, all bets on that game, including Half Time bets, are deemed void.
50. The O/U score is given by the total number of points scored by the teams. Unless otherwise stated, extra time is included. If the total number of points scored by the teams is higher than the given number, then the OVER forecast wins. If the total number of points scored by the teams is less than the given number, the UNDER forecast wins.

51. Complaints or objections relating to online bets, must reach the company before the match starts.
52. Complaints or objections relating to bets placed by phone, must reach the company within 15 days of the date of outcome of the bet or of the date of the transaction in question.
53. Results relating to sports events, valid for the purposes of the outcome of bets, are those established by the company. Any disputes shall only be examined if supported by official documentation issuing from the respective sports federation.
54. For any matters not covered by these rules and by the contents of the Internet site, the company reserves the right to decide on an individual basis on the basis of equity.
